August 2004 Meeting

We held our August meeting on Saturday, August 21 2004, from 3PM - 6PM, at the Arden-Dimmick Library in Sacramento. About a dozen people attended.

Roy brought his slowly expanding San Francisco street, with 3 Victorian houses nearly completed. Sue-Ann showed pics of a layout she participated in with NALUG.
Jason brought his latest gundam-style mech, which is now almost complete except for the hands.
New member Jody Westbury brought a tub of old Lego sets and pieces to sell, almost all of which was rapidly purchased by Roy, Jason, and Douglas. She donated much of the remainder to the club.
Josh and Douglas brought some of their creations, including a Mindstorms vehicle and a Lord of the Rings inspired battering ram.
